Custom-Made Items:
Due to the personalized nature of custom screen printing and embroidery, all sales are final on custom-made items. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a clear workmanship issue on our part.
Workmanship Issues:
If you believe there is a defect or error in the craftsmanship of your order, please follow these steps:

Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
